Natuzzi Italia Filrouge by Mauro Lipparini includes occasional tables, a desk, shelving and storage cabinets.
Wood veneers, marble and slender metal elements meet in layered, offset forms. The bookcase combines staggered shelves with open rod sections, while the media unit leaves compartments exposed. Sideboards vary between enclosed fronts and open-ended storage. Coffee tables add lower shelves; side tables offer wood or marble tops. The desk places concealed storage beneath its mixed-material work surface.
Mauro Lipparini is an architect and designer who graduated in Florence in 1980. His practice, Studio Lipparini, works with clients across Europe and Asia. He remains the author of the studio's designs, developing furniture and other projects through close involvement with clients and the process of making.
