Vases and decorative objects.
Natuzzi Italia Bloom presents SkLO decorative glass sculptures and wall pieces.
Smaller handblown forms are joined while hot to create clustered, layered bodies with individual variations. The tabletop object rests on a display surface, while the wall version has a cut and polished back prepared for mounting. The construction produces depth between the separate glass forms, bringing the same clustered outline to horizontal surfaces or vertical displays.
SkLO began in Northern California in 2009, bringing together design, architecture and glass craft experience. The studio develops lighting, objects and furniture for production within the Czech glassblowing tradition. Its work emphasizes the process of making and the variations that arise when glass is shaped by hand.
