Mogg Zoom includes sideboards, cabinets and an ottoman with a table, designed by Uto Balmoral around open metal frames and solid volumes.
The storage pieces combine closed MDF compartments with display areas and glass shelves. Zoom Ottoman places an upholstered seat beside a glass-topped surface within an intersecting frame. Low and tall formats change the balance of open and enclosed space, with materials and covering options specific to each furniture type.
Uto Balmoral is the professional identity of a designer who treats anonymity as part of the design project. The work includes limited-edition objects and manufactured furniture and lighting. The practice has collaborated with Tonelli Design, Officinanove and Luce 5, as well as artists and galleries.
