Console tables, media units, bookcases and more.
Mogg Metrica includes bookcases, a console, media storage, a bottle rack and a pendant light by CTRLZAK.
Iron rods placed at uneven intervals form open frameworks around books and objects. Selected storage versions add glass shelves, while the wine rack includes dedicated bottle supports. The lamp threads a flexible LED tube through the metal grid. Tall, low and narrow formats extend the same rod construction across different storage and lighting functions.
CTRLZAK was founded by artists and designers Katia Meneghini and Thanos Zakopoulos. The studio works across art, objects and spaces, drawing on its founders' Italian and Greek backgrounds. Research into cultural traditions and historical contexts informs projects that use symbolism, narrative and interaction alongside practical design.
