Gufram Bocca is Studio 65’s family of lip-shaped sofas, with an asymmetric upper lip forming the back above a rounded seat.
Soft polyurethane supports the sculptural form beneath removable upholstery. The standard family includes several interpretations, including Dark Lady with a removable piercing. Bocca Unlimited extends the design into 24 colors with bouclé wool covering. The shared silhouette connects the versions, while fabric and decorative details distinguish them.
Studio 65 began in 1965 as a group of architecture students whose interests extended to painting, film, theater and music. Influenced by American Pop Art and avant-garde culture, the collective developed furniture with Gufram, including the Bocca sofa and Capitello seating.
