Bar stools.
Casamania Kant includes a fixed outdoor stool and an adjustable Lift stool by Karim Rashid.
The outdoor model uses fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene for its continuous seat, narrow support and projecting footrest, with a fixed seat height of 31.1 inches. Kant Lift combines a reinforced polypropylene seat with a die-cast aluminum base and footrest. Its gas-lift mechanism adjusts the sitting height, giving the shared angular seat form a different support and function.
Karim Rashid works across product design and interiors, including furniture, hotels, restaurants and public spaces. His training included industrial design studies in Italy. Alongside manufactured products, his practice extends into art, fashion and music, bringing these disciplines into a broad approach to everyday objects and environments.
