Bonaldo Lovy by Sergio Bicego includes lounge armchairs and ottomans with removable fabric coverings.
The chairs use semi-oval upholstered bodies on metal bases, with a low back or taller Bergère profile. Separate ottomans come with round or square cushions above cross-shaped metal supports. Their raised padded surfaces can accompany either chair version or stand elsewhere in the seating arrangement, repeating the same curved upholstery and open supporting frame.
Sergio Bicego developed his experience in upholstered furniture before establishing an independent design studio near Vicenza in 1991. He began collaborating with Saba Italia in 1993. His work explores adaptable seating arrangements, including the My Taos, Ananta, Limes, Pixel and New York collections.
