Bonaldo Avant-Garde by Fabrice Berrux includes dining and lounge chairs with separate curved seats and backs.
A slender metal tube connects the upholstered elements, leaving a visible gap between them. The lounge design has a gently flexible frame and can pair with a coordinating ottoman. Fabric, leather and faux-leather treatments on the dining chair offer different surfaces while preserving the open junction that defines the family.
Fabrice Berrux studied at the National School of Fine Arts in Dijon and founded the product design company 18 Août in 1987. In 1991, he established the lighting company Dix Heures Dix. His furniture collaborations include the Panorama sofa for Bonaldo.
