Scacco Coffee Table
The Pianca Scacco Coffee Table by Pier Luigi Frighetto recalls a game piece with its conical solid-wood body and shaped top edge.
A groove beneath the top provides a handhold, while an inset surface contrasts with the black-ash structure. Low coffee-table and taller side-table versions offer lacquered glass or linoleum tops; the low linoleum version features a chessboard pattern.
