Zaha Hadid founded Zaha Hadid Architects and received the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004. Her practice connected architecture, urbanism and design through research into landscape, geometry and construction technologies. Completed projects include Rome's MAXXI museum and the London Aquatics Centre for the 2012 Olympic Games.
