Outdoor sofas, outdoor lounge chairs, outdoor coffee tables and more.
Vondom Pasadena includes modular sofas, a lounge chair, daybeds, an ottoman, a sun lounger and low tables by Jean-Marie Massaud.
Upholstery wraps over slender aluminum frames, leaving the legs visible below the outdoor seating. Sofa modules offer straight, corner and chaise layouts; the daybed has an optional folding canopy. Cement tabletops introduce square and rectangular surfaces with rounded corners, coordinating with the seating’s low profile.
Jean-Marie Massaud graduated from ENSCI-Les Ateliers in Paris in 1990. His work spans architecture, furniture and objects, from individual commissions to industrial production. His practice considers the relationship between users, manufacturing and environmental concerns, with collaborations across furniture and other product sectors.
