Is Italcasa Design an authorized Reflex dealer?
Yes. Every piece is ordered through the factory, carries the full manufacturer warranty, and is specified, quoted, delivered and installed by our own team in Metro Detroit.
How long do Reflex desks take to arrive?
Each is made to order, and Reflex gives 12–16 weeks. Your written quote confirms the time for the exact piece you choose.
Can I see Reflex desks before I order?
By appointment, at our showrooms in Royal Oak, MI and Troy, MI. Call ahead and we'll have samples and finishes pulled and waiting.
