Hug Coffee Table
The Hug coffee table by Arkema Studio for Sovet Italia uses bent-glass surfaces that curve around one another to create two useful levels.
The overlapping forms provide room for everyday objects above and below the main top. Extra-clear, smoked and lacquered finishes emphasize different aspects of its continuous, sculptural profile.
Every detail, considered.

- 01Two usable levels
Overlapping glass surfaces separate displayed objects from items kept below the main top.
- 02Bent-glass surfaces
Curved panels form the continuous upper profiles without separate metal legs.
The Hug Coffee Table by Sovet Italia uses two curved glass surfaces to create separate levels.
Arkema Studio overlaps the bent forms above a supporting base, leaving accessible surfaces above and below the main top. Different glass treatments are offered for the same configuration. The two levels separate everyday objects around a living-room seating arrangement.
