Maritime Wood Chair
Maritime Wood is a dining chair by Benjamin Hubert for Casamania, combining solid oak with curved oak-plywood surfaces.
The exposed frame follows the shell’s contours, linking the legs to the broad back and sides. Inspired by boatbuilding, the carefully assembled woodwork makes the relationship between the structure and the flowing surfaces visible throughout the chair.

Maritime Wood by Casamania is a wooden chair with a curved shell and an exposed oak structure.
Benjamin Hubert combines solid oak with oak-plywood surfaces that follow the frame's contours. The wooden components are assembled by hand, with an opening separating the seat from the wrapping back. This version keeps the seating surfaces unupholstered, while a padded version also exists.
