Baiana Chair
The Camerich Baiana dining chair by Álvaro Siza pairs a slender solid-ash frame with a gently sloping back.
Clear joints and restrained proportions keep the wood structure central to its design. A padded seat in fabric or leather adds a softer surface, while Natural Oak and Grey Oak finishes give the ash different tones.
Every detail, considered.

The Baiana Chair by Camerich centers its design on a slender solid-ash frame and sloping back.
Architect Álvaro Siza designed the chair with visible joints and a padded plywood seat. Polyurethane foam sits beneath fixed fabric or leather upholstery, and Teflon glides are fitted under the legs. Several wood finishes change the surface appearance without changing the ash structure.
