Backdrop Sideboard
The Bonaldo Backdrop sideboard by Alain Gilles uses repeated vertical lines to give its Canaletto-walnut doors an architectural rhythm.
Grooves within this pattern provide the door openings, keeping handles from interrupting the front. A discreet surrounding frame emphasizes the linear design, which is offered in two widths for different storage arrangements.

Backdrop by Bonaldo is a sideboard with repeated vertical lines that conceal the door-opening grooves.
Alain Gilles uses a narrow surrounding frame to outline the patterned front. Canaletto walnut veneer is a documented construction for the doors and exterior. Two widths provide different spans of enclosed storage, with the top also serving as a surface for displayed objects.
