Sky Rug
Sky is a rug by Michele Menescardi for Calligaris, with blended tones inspired by the sky at dawn and dusk.
A single yarn woven at varying densities creates the gradual shading, allowing color to shift across the surface. The large rectangular format introduces a softly nuanced ground beneath a living-room seating arrangement.

Sky by Calligaris is a rug whose shaded pattern comes from weaving one yarn at different densities.
Changes in weave density create gradual transitions across the rectangular surface. The pattern draws on the changing sky at dawn and dusk. The large format places the woven design beneath a living-room seating arrangement. It measures 78 ¾ by 118 ⅛ inches and is ⅝ inches thick.
