Vondom Vertex includes chairs, bar stools and dining tables by Karim Rashid.
Sharply angled polyethylene bodies narrow at the center and widen toward their upper surfaces, creating faceted seats and pedestal bases. Tables pair those supports with thin HPL tops in polygonal, round and square formats. An integrated footrest completes the bar stool, while the shared geometry connects the indoor and outdoor seating and dining pieces.
Karim Rashid works across product design and interiors, including furniture, hotels, restaurants and public spaces. His training included industrial design studies in Italy. Alongside manufactured products, his practice extends into art, fashion and music, bringing these disciplines into a broad approach to everyday objects and environments.
