Kose Pietre is a collection of clay vases by Rosaria Rattin with irregular, stone-like outlines.
Alta extends the shape into a narrow 53 cm-high form, Ovale spreads it into a low vessel, and Rotonda uses a fuller, rounded body. Uneven rims connect the designs despite their different proportions. The pieces are handmade in Italy, with several surface treatments following their varied organic forms.
Rosaria Rattin works across fashion and interior design. Her Kose objects explore hand-worked clay, wood and gauze, connecting material research with forms for the home. She also developed the SO_ furniture collection in 2010, with pieces intended to adapt to different domestic functions.
