Wendela is a lightweight chair that gorgeously unites materials and manufacturing techniques of different eras. The beech seat is created from a mold originally produced in the 1950s. It sits upon a contemporary aluminium base. Meanwhile, the visible connection between the seat and base references joinery used by carpenters for centuries.
Materials: frame in fine textured powder coated aluminium; seat in layered beech wood; feet in high quality plastic.
Frame colours: Mushroom white and Raven black.
Seat colours: dark beech wood and light beech wood.
