‘Armada’ is a sculptural seating collection designed for open workspaces and lounge areas. The inflated forms of the chairs rise from the seat like sails filled by the wind, creating a sense of lightness and movement while also providing privacy and seclusion. The form language explores the use of surface and volume through the combination of thin upholstered sides and soft, voluminous cushions on the inside, to provide comfort when working on the move. The collection consists of a high- and low-backed lounge chair and a fully upholstered dining chair on a pedestal base.
