Seconda is a chair designed by architect Mario Botta and quickly became a classic of Italian design and, of course, of the Alias catalogue, which has produced it since 1982. The seat is made of perforated steel plate, placed inside a structure with legs and armrests, made of welded, powder-coated steel tubes; the backrest is formed of two cylindrical polyurethane elements.
Seconda is an architectural chair, showing the influences that the great architect from Ticino absorbed from his masters, from Le Corbusier to Louis Kahn and Carlo Scarpa. its shape also recalls Botta’s design for the Museum of Modern Art building in San Francisco.
Also bearing in mind the era in which it was designed, this chair can be seen as the architect’s rationalist response to the super pop design proposed by the Memphis movement, then at the height of its popularity. The chair is in fact made in black and with a few basic geometric elements: straight lines, right angles and cylinders.
Archetypal shapes in architectural geometry inspire these historical masterpieces. Designed by the great contemporary architect from the Ticino canton for the interiors of some of his famous buildings, they have become classics in the Alias catalogue, icons of design made in Italy. Main features are the seats seconda, in perforated sheet steel.

Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.
