A collection characterized by the juxtaposition of two volumes, a padded shell that continuously envelops the large seat cushions. Curved shapes enhanced by the total absence of edges and the softness of the fabric, a sensory stimulus embellished by a quilted decoration where the thread, like a pencil, marks an elegant three-dimensional geometry. Redondo, in its design, is inspired by the padded interiors of American cars from the ’50s and ’60s, by the soft shapes of the bodywork, by the on-the-road comfort that accompanied long journeys between the East and West Coasts. The point of view, for the observer, is that of a stage where small everyday stories happen.

Wooden frame covered in polyurethane foam with differentiated density. Adjustable height bed base supports, the feet are in 70mm black polypropylene. It can only contain mattresses with standard European sizes. The fabric used to cover the collection is quilted according to a design by designer Patricia Urquiola. The Redondo beds have removable covers.
