PH Snake Chair is a steel chair with aniline leather seat.
Seat available in 5 colours: walnut/Indian red/mocca/black/natural undyed. It can be ordered in two types of leather upholstery finishes: full upholstery around the tubes / visible steel tubes highlighting the unique shape and design.
Poul Henningsen designed in the 1930s 5 different, beautiful, functional and alternative chairs with a minimum of materials. His aim was to offer comfort and at the same time achieve aesthetic satisfaction, and in this way, he created 5 statement pieces: the PH Armchair, the PH Pope Chair, the PH Lounge Chair, the PH Chair and the PH Snake Chair.
Made with gently curved tubular steel legs, each of the chairs invites contemplation and lush relaxation in their leather or Hallingdal seats. Quality materials make these chairs an elegant design piece that will last for generations.
The flowing lines of the PH Snake Chair’s steel tube design are inspired by a snake’s powerful yet flexible body. It is multi-functional and may be used in any room at home, as a functional piece of art, or simply as a work of art to be appreciated for generations.
