Conceived ideally following the modeling of a single sheet of paper, One Page is a tribute to the continuity of forms that enhance the sculptural poetics of Ron Arad and the manufacturing expertise of Moroso. The “sheet” develops on two levels: the load-bearing structure in rigid polyurethane for the external part and the padding in flexible polyurethane for the internal part. The result is an armchair in which the seat, armrests and backrest give life to an enveloping continuum.
The particular production process overlaps a soft and flexible printed part with a rigid shell, freeing comfort from traditional padding.
Designed for both the residential and contract markets, One Page has a five-spoke swivel base in die-cast aluminum and is available with or without a tilting mechanism. The footrest is made with a similar production technology, which enhances the concept of the sheet that inspires the armchair.
