The idea behind the design springs from observing roots joining to form the trunk of a plant (hence the name LUSTO, which, in Finnish, refers to the rings of a tree trunk). Likewise, the legs of the stool rise upwards to converge and reach the seat, with its original rounded square shape. The powder-coated metal footrest echoes the profile.And if proposed as an accessory in a different colour finish, it brings a touch of originality to the ensemble.
