The Gemma collection evolved around the idea of contrast and the experience that comes from the perception of a form. The sharp asymmetry of its three-dimensional geometry contrasts with the softness of its padding. Its faceted profile evokes both a precious stone and the typical compositions of fifteenth-century Italian tapestries. The collection is representative of the synergy between Libeskind’s complex geometries and Moroso’s well-known know-how.
Libeskind was deeply inspired by natural geological forms: crystals, gems, natural rock formations. For the Moroso collection, the design recalls the asymmetrical facets of gems and has a dual value: to create a sculpture for the home or office and to refer to Libeskind’s work.

Internal structure in polymer composite and fireproof polyurethane foam with wooden base. The  Gemma collection  is not removable.

Shipping and returns

Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.

Product care

Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.

Made possible by exploring innovative molded plywood techniques, Iskos-Berlin’s Soft Edge Chair blends strong curves with extreme lightness to create a three-dimensionality not usually possible with 2-D plywood.
