TheΒ DodoΒ blown glass coffee table is made using the ancient Balloton technique, characteristic of the traditions of the Murano master glassmakers.
The body of the DodoΒ glass coffee tableΒ features a three-dimensional pattern of criss-crossing rhombi, obtained from a metal mould. As a result of blowing, the tips inside the mould shape the molten glass and produce the characteristic facetted effect of the balloton process. In the upper part, a mandala pattern is created, slightly off-centre at the point where the mould’s rhombi join, creating a pattern that resembles flower petals or the perfect patterns of Buddhist tradition with which nature expresses its magnificence.
The optical effect is spectacular, further accentuated by the shades in theΒ coloured crystal coffee table. The light reverberates across the even patterns, producing a soft, delicate effect.
The three supports that form the legs have a sharp appearance that contrasts with the roundness of theΒ designer table. This detail also contributes to the overall effect of retro flair adapted to the contemporary style. This coffee table is an expression of the magnificence of handcrafted glasswork.
Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever. Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
Anyway, you still use Lorem Ipsum and rightly so, as it will always have a place in the web workers toolbox, as things happen, not always the way you like it, not always in the preferred order.
