The distinctive sculptural appearance of Assemblage derives from the combination of different shapes and, most of all, of materials that are not usually brought together, whose perception of weight is here disrupted: cork, lighter than wood, here serves as the base and so it appears as the weight that supports the coffee table. The top, on the other hand, is made of solid wood, proposed in various colours.
