Up to 15% or recycled material is used in the manufacturing of PILA. The metal pieces used in its manufacturing are 100% recyclable and the wooden material used is reusable up to 100%.
The MDF material used in the manufacturing of PILA has the E1 Certificate and the fabrics used in its screen upholstery hold the OEKO-TEX 100 STANDARD and RECYCLABLE Certificates. The fabrics used for PILA’s screen upholstery have the OEKO-TEX 100 STANDARD and RECYCLABLE Certificates. The fabrics have passed the abrasion resistance (Martindale test), light fastness (EN ISO 105-B02), fastness to rubbing (EN ISO 105-X12) and tests that are in conformity with European norms.
