Ocean’s plastic monocoque classroom and training chairs are designed to accommodate students and faculty within rooms where courses and lectures are to be held; they can be with or without arm rests; they are stackable so that they can be easily moved from one space to another in order to divide students into work groups and experiment with innovative teaching methods. The plastic monocoque is available in 7 colors (white, gray, anthracite, red, blue, green, sand) while the metal frame made of 11 mm round drawn steel rod is you can choose from 8 finishes such as painted white, gray, black, red, blue, green, sand and chrome. The Ocean classroom and training chair can be fitted with an upholstered seat covered with fabric or fire retardant eco-leather that gives added comfort to the seat. The polypropylene used in the Ocean chair is formed from recycled and recyclable plastic certified “Remade in Italy”; to further reduce environmental impact, assembly with the metal frame is simple and intuitive as it is entirely screwless. The latter solution also facilitates the disassembly and the initiation towards the circular economy of the different parts that make up the chair from the end of its life cycle.
