Classe 2 – EM 202 Basic is an executive chair with high and medium backrest. The monocoque is made of an aluminium frame on which a black elastic mesh is stretched, covered on the front with fabric, eco-leather and leather finished with horizontal stitching. The mesh backrests breathbale and adapts to the users body shape while properly supporting the spine. Die-cast aluminium armrests with white or black polyurethane arm pads complete the seat. On request, the arm pads can be upholstered to match the seat. The seat is equipped with a 4-position adjustable tilting device with side adjustment of the backrest resistance in relation to the user’s weight, allowing the user’s position to be changed while maintaining the proper trunk/thigh angle. A soft release system allows the user to control the movement of the backrest when released. The seat is completed by a 5-star aluminium base with self-locking dual-tread rubbered swivel castors. Structure, base and armrests are available in polished aluminium finish or painted white or black.

The family is divided into 2 collections. EM 202 is characterised by a version with a breathable elasticised mesh structure (EM 202 Mesh), or a mesh structure with an upholstered polyurethane foam cushion applied to the front (EM 202 Basic). The EM 204 collection completes the programme and has a fully upholstered fire-retardant flexible polyurethane structure. Each collection includes executive, meeting and visitor seating realised with an elegant cantilever frame.
