Technical features
Structural frame
Unique bearing frame, high resistance chromed steel pipe ( 25 mm), coupled with internal chromed steel pipe ( 16mm). Bending of frame made by special machine. Hard soldering chromium plating, average thickness 25 microns.
Seat frame
Double radius stratified curved beech plywood, warm shaped, 16 mm thickness.
Padding
Polyurethane resin ELAST PERFORMANCE characterized by “smart memory”, that allows the armchair to recover the initial support even after long and strong pressure. CFC-free.
Base
Swivel base, five-spoke, polished aluminium, 688 mm diameter. (Lead is present in the aluminum to a lesser extent <0.20%, The aluminum used complies with 2005/95/CE, 2002/69/CE and 2003/108/CE). Recyclability 100%.
Mechanism
Knee tilt mechanism with side tension and front rotation point. Black or polished aluminium main body's finishing. New side tension regulation with automatic location return, 4 locking positions, 0 front position, 16 tilt. The mechanism is certified ISO 21015:2007, EN and BIFMA. The mechanism is certified for 24 hours use and maximum weight of 150 kg, in accordance with the norm BS 5459: Part 2:2000. The mechanism complies with USA Lead Paint Norm, 16 CFR Part 1303 12/21/2008.
Armrests
Arms in chromed steel, curving to variable degrees, round section diameter 16 mm, chromium plating, average thickness 25 microns, available with upholstered arm pad with double radius stratified curved beech plywood inner arm pad.
Available with Polished aluminium arms, made with die-cast aluminium, exclusive design.
Gas lift
Pneumatic seat height adjustment, Gas lift column, CLASS 4 DIN 455, chromium plated cone.
Castors
50 mm twin castors, with safety brake, made of reinforced copolymer on request with chromed die-cast zamak hood, castors standard colour black, available with soft border made of polyurethane rubber. Castorbore mm.10 stem without steel circlip in the lower part, that fits into the castor body, attachment pin with plastic bushing. Certified EN 12529 standard. Max load each N35.
